Danielle Walker serves as the Director of Operations and Administration for the Greater Washington DC Black Chamber of Commerce. With a deep commitment to empowering Black-owned businesses and fostering economic growth within the community, Danielle plays a pivotal role in overseeing the Chamber's day-to-day operations.
In this role, Danielle manages the organization's administrative functions, ensures operational efficiency, and leads initiatives that enhance member engagement and satisfaction. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Rowan University and a Master's degree in English from George Mason University.
Before joining GWBCC, Danielle held key positions at Drexel University, George Mason University, and George Washington University, where she honed her skills in implementing new systems, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and collaborating with faculty, students, and administration to meet stakeholders' needs. Her experience has equipped her with the tools to effectively manage the complexities of a dynamic organization and contribute meaningfully to the Chamber’s success and its members.
With an extensive professional background in higher education, Danielle brings a wealth of expertise in project management and strategic planning. Dedicated to fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment, she works closely with the Chamber’s leadership team to execute strategic initiatives that align with the Chamber’s mission.
